The Spiritual Director of Adoration Ministry, Enugu, Rev. Fr. Ejike Mbaka, has endorsed President Muhammadu Buhari’s second term bid and also that of the Enugu State Governor, Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi.
The fiery Catholic priest gave the endorsement in his New Year message on December 31, where he also said he foresees the country facing more serious economic challenge in 2019.
He said: “Among all the presidential aspirants, Buhari stands in best position in winning the presidential election.”
While enumerating the achievements of Buhari, including what he termed the agricultural revolution of the Administration, Mbaka said: “In all this, we urge Nigerians to vote President Buhari in order to complete his eight years tenure and after which he will hand over to younger candidate.”
Mbaka equally praised Governor Ugwuanyi for his good work in Enugu State, adding that since the inception of democracy, Enugu State had not got a good leader like him.
He urged the people of the state to vote for Ugwuanyi in order to finish his good work.
He urged the governorship candidate of All Progressives Congress in the state, Senator Ayogu Eze, should forget his ambition so that Ugwuanyi will finish his second tenure.
