Convener of Concerned Nigerians, Deji Adeyanju has mocked the presidential candidate of Labour Party, LP, Peter Obi, for failing to get an open endorsement from Bishop David Oyedepo at the annual Living Faith Church programme, Shiloh.
Recall that Obi’s presence on Friday was announced by the Living Faith Vice President, Pastor Abioye, at the church’s headquarters in Ota, Ogun State.
According to Adeyanju in a post via his Twitter account, Obi brought his 2023 politics to Shiloh but didn’t get the kind of attention and endorsement he wanted.
He wrote, “Obi brought his 2023 politics to Shiloh but failed to get an open endorsement from Bishop Oyedepo. I personally fear politicians that try to mix politics and religion together.
“Nigerians are in love with corrupt thieving politicians that is why they are supporting the 3 leading thieves. There are better options on the ballot for February.”
