Yoruba Youths Query’s Scenario Surrounding The Death of Tolulope Arotile: Demands For Forensic Investigation

The supreme leadership of the Yoruba Council of Youths Worldwide in affiliation with Yoruba Council of Women Worldwide and Igbimo Apapo Yoruba Lagbaye laconically frowned at the discreet manner of information and well conscripted scenario surrounding the death of Tolulope Arotile; a Yoruba descent from Ile-Ife and Ijumu Local Government Area of Kogi State, who was the first female combat trained helicopter pilot in Nigeria, without any mention of the name of the old time Airforce Secondary School mate nor visible car crash nor blood clothing, especially looking at the Kaduna Airforce Base locus inquo(scene of the incident) is far from the truth, precipitating our fundamental demand for thorough investigation by internationally certified forensic expert.

We are aghast with brimmed displeasure to ask the following questions:

1. How did she died?

2. Is there no medical emergency facility within the Kaduna Airforce base?

3. At what speed kilometer per hour was the ‘unknown’ friend reversing the said vehicle and what type of vehicle?

4. What is the name of the killer-friend?

5. What part of her body was hit or smashed by the car that led to her death?

This and many other question is begging for answers, wherein we are gravely touched by the manner of information and ancillary condolences from President Mohammadu Buhari, Senate President, Chief of Air Staff, Minister of Defence to mention a few that followed suit without non demanding for immediate autopsy, forensic investigation and arrest of the killer.

This has increasingly raised our doubts beyond measure on who actually wanted this bright glowing flower dead by all means, having survived the most turbulent parts of the insurgency war in the North Central having wrecked spiral havoc against the dreaded boko haram bandits and terrorists.

Considering her succinctly trained tactical etiquette in the air and having intelligently and tactically survived more dreadful moments on the war front, one could have imagined why she could be killed like a rat just like that.

It behoves on our fears that more questions will be answered in the coming days, because we shall follow up with the investigation to all Governors, Speakers, Political Leaders, Elders and Royal Fathers of Yoruba Land, while we shall alert the international community on these dreadful murder of an icon of the world.

Presumably, we shall hold the presidency accountable being the commander-in-chief of all armed forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to order full probe into this issue by investigators of other region aside the Northern officers, whom we perceived as conspirators in the premeditated plan.

We call on all Yorubas to be on the red alert as Tolulope’s death speaks lots of huge volumes, in as much as we know most of the leading and bright dead officers at the battle field are from the Southern region, regrettably at the expense of the Northern interests who are hellbent to ensure our gallants men are brought home dead or buried on the battle field.

Recently, we raised our concerns when General Adeniyi was summarily removed as commander of Lafiyadole over his disclosure of high-powered conspiracy to kill the general’s battalion due to inordinately designed misinformation and lack of weaponry to fight the bokoharam terrorist.

We therefore reiterate our demand on establishing the motive and remote causes that led to this fatal tragic story.

Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere….
