The apex Yoruba youth umbrella organization: Yoruba Council of Youths Worldwide(YCYW) heartily Congratulates His Royal Majesty, Oba Dr. Sikiru Kayode Adetona, CON, Ogbagba 11, The Awujale of Ijebu Land on the 60th Years Coronation Anniversary.

Indeed, it has been 60 years of conscientious struggles, landmark achievements and monumental greatness of Ijebu land and Ogun State beyond lips and bounds, and by extension to the entire Yoruba Land, Nigeria, Africa and globally ever since the ascension of His Majesty to the throne of his ancestors.

His Majesty has indeed resonate royalty, wisdom and candor in Ijebu Land, while promoting the aesthetic Yoruba cultural heritage and traditions.

We are indeed grateful to God Almighty for granting His Majesty this joyous day and time as a leading Yoruba monarch of class and prestige, whose time as brought unprecedented growth and development to the Ijebu Land, Ogun State and entire Yoruba Land.

We therefore use the occasion of His Majesty’s anniversary to call for peace and synergy between the Ogun State traditional religion institutions and the Ogun State House of Assembly to work together on the progress, promotion and noble development of the Yoruba aesthetic cultural heritage and values.

May God Almighty continue to enrich His Majesty with long life in good health, divine wisdom and supernatural grace.
