Ukraine President Calls For Destruction Of Russia’s Launch Systems, War Factories After Odesa Attack

Amid the escalating war between Ukraine and Russia, Ukraine’s President, Zelenskyy Volodymyrr has called for an end to terror by Russia.

In a post on his X handle on Monday, he revealed that Russia struck a residential area in Ukraine with a missile leading to loss of innocent lives.

“The only way to truly stop this terror is to eliminate Russia’s ability to launch attacks. And this is absolutely realistic,” he said.

According to him, Odesa in Ukraine was struck by Russia.

“Today, Russia struck Odesa with a missile—deliberately targeting a residential area,” he said.

“As a result of this barbaric act, innocent lives were lost, and many people were injured—lives that could have been saved if we had the capability to destroy Russian launch systems, supply chains, arsenals, and war factories at their source.”

He argued that destroying Russia’s launch systems, chains and arsenals is the right away to protect the people.

“It is not just defense; it is justice—the right way to protect our people. Any nation under the attack would act this way to defend its citizens. We must do the same, together with our partners. Russia must be left with no capacity for terror. The time to act is now.” he noted.

The crisis between Russia and Ukraine is escalating by the day with accusations of wanton destruction labelled against Russia.

There are also rumors of a potential World War three, if United States has truly authorized launch of missiles into Russia by Ukraine.

Although there have been no official comments from the White House on the leaked approval granted Ukraine to launch missiles into Russia, the likelihood is generating controversies and apprehension.

The NATO is expected to partake in shooting missiles into Russia, a development that is touted to largely escalate conflicts and lead to destabilization beyond Ukraine and Russia.
