Tragedy Strikes: Fatal Gang Invasion Shakes Suleja Town, Leaving A Devastated Resident in Fear for Life

One Mr Sunday Olashile, a 29-year-old resident of Kwanba in Suleja town, Niger state, endured a harrowing experience on the night of October 20, 2023.

Olashile’s world was shattered when he received a call from a friend, Tony, who revealed the brutal invasion of suspected cultists in the neighborhood, resulting in the untimely demise of his elder brother, Sunkanmi Olashile. Sunkanmi had only recently begun residing temporarily with Sunday.

According to the eyewitnesses and residents, it was reported that intense gunfire was heard, which plunged the neighborhood into a state of panic and fear.

While the motives behind Sunkami’s tragic demise remain unclear up till this moment, Sunday Olashile, understandably shaken, has expressed concerns for his own safety, in fear of the looming threat posed by the unidentified perpetrators.

Sunday Olashile has since expressed deep concerns for his own safety, apprehensive about the unidentified assailants and the looming threat they pose.
