Tottenham Hotspur have parted ways with Thomas Frank over poor performances.
The club announced the manager’s dismissal in a statement on Wednesday.
Frank leaves the role after barely eight months, with the north London side in a relegation battle, 16th in the English Premier League (EPL).
Tottenham won just two of their past 17 league matches and are only five points above the drop zone.
“Thomas was appointed in June 2025, and we have been determined to give him the time and support needed to build for the future together,” the statement reads.
“However, results and performances have led the Board to conclude that a change at this point in the season is necessary.”
The Danish manager was appointed to replace Ange Postecoglou, who was sacked despite leading the club to the Europa League title last season.
Although the team’s form domestically has been unimpressive, Frank led Tottenham to finish in the top eight in the UEFA Champions League (UCL) group stage and secure an automatic second-round place.
