Adedokun Waliyu 
President Bola Tinubu and the First Lady, Oluremi, received the reigning CAF Women’s Player of the Year, Asisat Oshoala, on Thursday in Lagos.
The Barcelona Femeni forward earlier in the month received her sixth CAF Award,
becoming the footballer with the most Player of the Year awards on the continent.
The 29-year-old was also named in the Women’s Ballon d’Or shortlist for the second time in a role after being nominated for the 2022 edition.
