Segun Akanni, Toronto, Canada The Osun State Council of the Road Transport Employers Association of Nigeria, RTEAN has declared their unalloyed support to all the policies of the Osun State Government.
The State Chairman of the Association, Alhaji Olajire Oyebode made this known on Wednesday while answering questions from Journalists in his office, Osogbo, the state capital.
The Chairman, said his association is always in support of the Governor Rauf Aregbesola’s led administration in the state saying the relationship is very cordial.
Oyebode, who commended the governor for producing good and motorable roads across the state also described the gesture of the incumbent administration by supplying the association some affordable vehicles on installmentally terms as a good omen.
Oyebode, who warned some passengers that used to stay by the road side to desist from the act noted that, a lot of benefits is attached to patronizing motor garages.
According to him, “coming to motor garage is a protection for every passengers from the garage to wherever they are travelling to”.
” In order not to fall into the hand of kidnappers, ritualists and other hoodlums, I want to admonish passengers to always patronizing any motor garage close to them because of their safety”, the Chairman added.
Oyebode, however thanks his teeming members across the state for their unflinching support to him all the time while asking them to always take precautions whenever they are on the road.
“I want you all to always comply with the traffic rules and regulations, don’t drink when you drive and don’t drive when you drink.
Always, respect your passengers and present yourself as a good representative of the association”, Oyebode added.
