Davido, the award-winning Nigerian singer, has launched a scathing attack on Muhammed Umar Abba, the police commissioner in Osun state.
In a series of X posts on Monday, Davido hurled abusive words at the police commissioner, accusing him of unprofessionalism and disrespecting the rule of law in Osun.
The singer also slammed Umar for not portraying his family rightly, bragging that he is ready for an impending situation in Osun.
Although Davido didn’t explicitly state the reason for his outburst, he shared a video where he challenged the police, asking Umar to “prepare for him”.
“Mr Umar abba osun state commissioner u are a disgrace to ur children !! !!! Game on F**KER !!!! All of us go mad together !! Werey!!!” he wrote in another post.

“Mr commissioner respect the rule of law!!! You are not madder or crazier than us !! Make we all kuku mad !! MEN MOUNT WALAI TO KRF!!! I will post u everyday everywhere Mr man !!! Try me f**ker.”
Davido’s outburst comes barely a day after Ademola Adeleke, the Osun governor and Davido’s uncle, alleged that Adegboyega Oyetola, his predecessor, planned to cause mayhem in the state.
Adeleke asked President Bola Tinubu to caution Oyetola, whom he referred to as Tinubu’s nephew.
The governor alleged that Oyetola is moving to enforce a court order that reversed the sack of local council chairmen elected on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state.
