As part of its efforts towards a successful hitch free 2017 hajj operation, the Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board, Osun State will commence the vaccination of pilgrims on Friday, 21st of July and end on Saturday, 22nd of July, 2017.
According to the Board Secretary, Alhaji Sikiru Adetona Alao in a statement made available to journalists in Osogbo on Wednesday, he advised all intending pilgrims to come to the office of the Board as early as possible for them to be vaccinated.
Alao, added that collection of clearance, distribution of bags and cloths to intending pilgrims is still on-going.
The board scribe who enjoined the intending pilgrims to be a good representatives of Osun and display the ethos of Omoluabi in Saudi Arabia which the state has been known for, reiterated the efforts of the state government in making life comfortable for all pilgrims to the Holy land of Mecca from Osun.
Alao, therefore thanked the Governor of the State, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesolafor his usual support to the Board saying, Almighty Allah will continue to bless and promote him.
