Segun Akanni, Toronto, Canada The first class paramount ruler, OLUWO of Iwoland, HRM Oba Abdulrosheed Adewale Akanbi, Telu I, has commiserated with the people of Ede community and the entire populace of Osun over the death of the senator representing Osun West Senatorial District, Senator Isiaka Adetunji Adeleke.
The condolence message was contained in a press statement by his Press secretary, Alli Ibraheem.
Oluwo described the loss as monumental, owing to the progressive leadership qualities of the deceased.
Oba Akanbi said the former senator was one of the few personalities who laid the foundation for the state, saying his demise is a vacuum.
“Adeleke’s death is a wide vacuum, a monumental loss. I condole with the people of Edeland and Osun State. May his soul rest in peace “.
