The outpouring of love for President Muhammadu Buhari
A pro Muhammadu Buhari youth organisation, Ohandigbo Youth Organisation (OYO) has rolled out drums in Abuja to celebrate the president who will be 75 years on Sunday, December 17.
The group at a meeting held in Abuja on Saturday, December 16 to fine tune various modalities in preparation to flag off a pro-Buhari national rally within the first quarter of 2018, dedicated a section to thank God for adding a year to President Muhammadu Buhari´s age.
Addressing the members of the group, its founder who is also a national officer in the ruling APC, Chief Nduka Anyanwu, expressed confidence that Nigerians will re-elect President Buhari come 2019.
He made mention that Buhari led administration has `dealt with the Boko Haram insurgency, initiated tangible projects across the country, revived Nigeria’s positive image from a corrupt stricken nation to one leading and setting in the pace of fighting corruption´ amongst others.
Buhari was born on the 17th of December, 1942 in Daura, Katsina State. He will be the oldest president Nigeria has ever had at 77, if he contests in the 2019 presidential election and wins.
