Nigeria’s Beach Soccer Legend Abu Azeez Describes Messi As Not Being Human

Abu Azeez, one of the best beach soccer player in the world has described Barcelona talisman Lionel Messi as not human when it come to playing football.
He made this statement in an interview when asked whom he preferred between Juventus star Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi.
He further described Ronaldo as an hardworking player and also talented in the football game.
“In as much as I don’t like comparing both players because they are the reason why football has been extremely marketable today, they are the best players in the world but I still think I will be team Ronaldo because I think Messi is not human,” the former Kwara United forward said via Popular WhatsApp Forum Writers’ Lounge today.
“We play this football, we know talented players. A player like Cristiano Ronaldo has been on that level now because of extreme hardwork but Messi doesn’t play like a normal human being. There’s this way I see him, he’s magical.”
Speaking on his choice between the regular football and beach soccer, Azeez prefers the regular football because of the stress incurred when playing the beach soccer but he might decide to stick to the beach game if it pays more than the regular football.
“Of course I love the regular football more because it is more marketable, it is less stressful while beach soccer requires lots of strength, energy and too many commitments and roles. I enjoy playing the regular football more which is more marketable and the money aspect is also very encouraging.”
“But if being remembered as the beach soccer great will yield so much money for me, of course I wouldn’t mind. The most important thing is making money and being useful.”
While speaking on the Super Falcons team, the Warri Wolves machine revealed that Asisat Oshoala has been his crush from way back.
“From day one, Asisat has been my crush, she’s been a very good friend. I like her style, she’s a fashionista, she works so hard and a very nice person. So she’s my crush and I like her.”
