Afrobeats super star Davido has said no amount of money or degree of success can ever change his personality.
Though the “Stand Strong” crooner admitted being a person who’s lowly in heart has a number of disadvantages, he insisted he would never change regardless.
He said he was created that way by the Almighty which is why he can’t afford to be somebody else but himself.
“Money or success can never change me ….I just can’t change for nothing….It has its disadvantages (being too accessible) etc.
But I can’t be another person because of money or success, just can’t. Na so God just create me,” the DMW boss stated.
Davido admonished individuals to always be themselves and not be influenced by material things or their achievements because, only those with peace of mind would truly have an enjoyable life.
“Be you!! Because at the end, na who get peace of mind really enjoy life pass. So, be at peace with who you are,” he added.
