The last may have not been heard over last Friday’s Elective Congress as the Board of Trustees chairman of Professional Footballers Association of Nigeria Harrison Jalla has insisted that the election into the new board was nothing but nullity for overlooking court directives.
He said the elections did not followed the dictates of the law in all ramifications, adding his aggrieved body will follow its fight to logical conclusions.
“ In the eyes of the law, no election has taken place but what the court said was for all parties to come back on October 5thfor final ruling because their jurisdiction was challenged,” Jalla said yesterday. “ So on Wednesday (tomorrow),we are going to prove that all what they have done is non-existent.”
