Hilda Dokubo: Pastors with supernatural powers should visit hospitals and heal coronavirus patients

The actress is pleading with pastors with powers to help reduce the coronavirus surge.

Veteran Nollywood actress Hilda Dokubo says all the pastors around the world who believe that they have supernatural powers should heal people infected with the COVID-19, the disease caused by the novel coronavirus.

After it emerged in Wuhan, China, the disease has spread all over the world killing thousands.

Nigeria has started dealing with the spread of the disease and Dokubo is calling on pastors to use the powers they claim to have to heal people.

“Can all the pastors who are convinced that they have supernatural powers to heal got to the hospitals and lay hands on those infected? So this virus can go back to where it came from and we can return to our normal lives,” she wrote on Instagram.

Nigeria, Africa’s most populous nation, recorded its first and second cases of the deadly coronavirus disease between February and March 2020 respectively.

The World Health Organisation has declared coronavirus (COVID-19) a pandemic. It has now afflicted every continent on the planet besides Antarctica.
