As part of the milestone birthday celebration, on Friday, 29 April, 2022 which is taking place at The Ballroom, Sheraton Grand, Park Lane, Piccadily, London, WIJ 7BX, a commemorative and 6th Edition of U-17 Boys and Girls Taiwo Afolabi Cup 2022 (Lagos/South West Youth,) was organized to celebrate the icon’s birthday through football, sponsored solely by Dr. Taiwo Afolabi, MON on Saturday 30th April 2022 at Campus Mini Stadium, Ajele, Lagos. while a Novelty Match by Sifax Group will took place at 1 pm. The soccer tourney is in conjunction with the Lagos State Grassroot Soccer Association, proudly sponsored by the SIFAX GROUP.
