Lagos State House of Assembly amends electoral law ahead of local government elections

Lagos State House of Assembly amends electoral law ahead of Local Government Elections and first, second and third reading are taking place today.

The amended law unanimously passed that would pave the way for list of candidates to be submitted and admitted by LASEIC three days to election date.

The amended law has been forwarded to the Governor today for speedy assent.
