The Immediate past Commissioner for Home Affairs, Culture and Tourism in Osun State, Alhaji Sikiru Adetona Ayedun has announced the death of his father, Alhaji Ibrahim Adetoyebi Adenle Ayedun.
According to the politician in a Press Statement issued and made available to newsmen in Osogbo the state capital on Friday, “My father died last week after a brief illness and he has since been buried according to Muslim rite”.
Ayedun, who hinted that the 8th days Fidau Prayer is expected to hold by Wednesday 20th Dec 2017 at Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospital, OAUTH Field in Ile-Ife described his father as a disciplinarian, caring and loving father.
Late Alhaji Ibrahim Adetoyebi Adenle Ayedun according to the former Commissioner was a produce buyer and a contractor of building materials who has also spent Ninety-Five (95) years on earth before his death.
“Late Alhaji Adetoyebi Adenle Ayedun is survived by 21 Children while People from all walks of life including cream of politicians and traditional rulers are expected to witness the Fidau prayer”, the statement added.
