Nigerian singer Burna Boy has claimed that 90% of the range of songs that come out of Nigeria and Africa at large lack substance.
In an interview with Apple Music’s Zane Lowe on Tuesday, Burna mentioned that most Afrobeat singers have no real life experiences which has made their music lack substance.
Netizens have reacted to the statement with some in agreement while others stated why they don’t agree.
