The Senate on Wednesday refused to confirm Ibrahim Magu as the substantive Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission.
The decision was taken after the grilling of Magu by the senators for almost two hours.
During the grilling, Magu answered several questions, including that on the report of the Department of State Services, which indicted him on several fronts.
Just on Tuesday, the DSS sent another report that further indicted Magu.
