English sports pundit, Mark Goldbrigde, has told Manchester United manager, Erik ten Hag he has no chance of succeeding at Old Trafford.
He said the Dutchman would never get the needed support to do his job, calling on his fellow Manchester United fans to unify for the purpose of removing the club’s owners, the Glazer family without further delay.
He also noted that Cristiano Ronaldo knows that Ten Hag, no matter how good a manager he is, would not succeed at Manchester United hence his request to leave the club earlier in June.
The Red Devils were beaten 4-0 by Brentford on Saturday barely a week after they were defeated by Brighton.
Erik ten Hag’s men are now lying bottom of the Premier League table with zero points from their two opening games.
Goals from Josh Dasilva, Mathias Jensen, Ben Mee and Bryan Mbeumo made sure that the Bees ran away with three points against the Red Devils
“Ronaldo knows their level. He knows the level at Real Madrid, Juventus, Portugal, he knows what a good coach is, he also knows what the limitations of a good coach are,” he said on talkSPORT.
“I think Ronaldo saw this coming, he knew that no matter how good Ten Hag is he knew this squad, he knew the mentality and he knew this was coming.
“That’s why in June when he saw nobody being sold and nobody being bought he thought ‘this manager could be a combination of Sir Alex, Pep, Klopp the lot, he is not going to succeed with these players, and you can’t blame him for wanting to leave.”
