Christians all over the Country have been enjoined to continue to live together in peaceful atmosphere.
The Osun State Chairman, Christian Association of Nigeria, OSCAN, Very Revd. Fr. Michael Okodua made this advice while speaking with Journalists at the State Headquarters of CAN, along Owode-Ede.
The CAN Chairman said, every Christian brothers and sisters should be pursuing peace and tranquillity while they should be relating together as one.
His words, “Christians should be a good example to others, they should love one another and shun any act that may lead to mayhem”, the Chairman stated.
Okodua, who enjoined Christians to run away from sin where ever they are further admonished them not to relent in praying for the Nation and Osun State as well.
The Osun CAN Chairman who condemned in totality the incessant killing in the Northern part of the Country said, God is not in support of killing each other whatever the situation saying the Federal Government should continue to handle the issue of security as a matter of priority in their day to day activities.
Okodua, however used the medium to felicitates with the state governor, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola as he clocks 6oth on earth praying that, Almighty God will continue to give him strength and long life with good health.
