Osun State Commissioner for Works and Transportation, Engr.Kazeem Salami has admonished all categories of staff in the Ministry to continue to demonstrate the spirit of hard work and commitment by giving the maximum support and loyalty to the state government while discharging their official duties.
This was disclosed in a Press Release issued and made available to Journalists in Osogbo over the weekend by Ademola Lawal who is the Information Officer of the Ministry.
According to the release, the Commissioner who emphasised that, all the ongoing road projects in the state would be completed before the end of the administration of Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola, said people of the state should continue to demonstrate their unflinching supports to the vision of the governor who is ready to leave the state better than he met it.
Engr. Salami, stressed further that, people of the state should maintain the projects of the government in their area and they should avoid dumping refuse on the water ways to avoid flooding and other disasters.
Engr. Salami who commended the governor, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola for turning around the fortune of the state noted that the type and quality of the roads having presently have exposed the state to the entire world as people and visitors are praising the good work, the statement added.
The Commissioner in the statement however, appealed to Okada riders in the state to shun recklessness on the roads and that they should always endeavours to wear their crash helmet while riding on the road.
