Ex Sec Isokan South Calls For People's Support

The Executive Secretary, Isokan South Local Council Development area of Osun State, Mr Wasiu Oyelami Ajibola, has called on the residents of the area to join hands together with the state’s governor, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola in promoting cultural and traditional activities.

Ajibola, made this call on Sunday at the Olukoyi of Ikoyi’s palace during the celebration of this year Osun-Ikoyi festival celebration.

The Executive Secretary, said since the emergence of the incumbent administration in the state, efforts of government on the development of culture and tradition cannot be over emphasized.

Ajibola, who enjoined the people of the council area to be paying taxes all the time in order to compliment the efforts of the government congratulates the Olukoyi of Ikoyi land, Oba Yisau Bantale Otunla-Kodaolu 1 as he celebrates this year festival with funfair.

While speaking, the Olukoyi sought for the unflinching support of the residents towards the upliftment of the entire Isokan Local Council Area.
