Gunmen suspected to be members of Boko Haram have again struck in Kano State.
The sect members Wednesday attacked the Federal Government College of Education, Kano, killing scores.
The explosion that rocked the campus was immediately followed by sporadic gunshots, which left students and staff scampering for safety.
As at the time of filing this report, the casualty figure could not be ascertained but scores are believed to have died and many others injured.
The insurgents now appeared to be targeting tertiary institutions in Kano.
