The umbrella body for Igbo youths, Ohanaeze Youth Congress, Bayelsa State chapter, has demanded total restructuring of the country or allow agitators of self-determination to go in peace. The Bayelsa State Chairman, of the OYC, Mr. Chinedu Arthur-Ugwa, spoke on Thursday on the sidelines of a press briefing on the activities lined up to commemorate the sixth anniversary of Governor Seriake Dickson’s administration. Arthur-Ugwa said, “Restructuring is a panacea for peace amongst the federating units and could resolve the various agitations if implemented properly. We, however, want a total restructuring and say no to taking an aspect of it and leaving other components behind. “There is consensus amongst all stakeholders on restructuring and the Federal Government and the ruling party, as well as the opposition party have all endorsed it; that tells you that it is the way to go.“It is either you restructure or you allow those agitating for self-determination to go, it is either restructuring or no Nigeria.
