Timi Dakolo says Michelle Dakolo is not his sister, rather a cousin.
Timi Dakolo has come out to clear the air over the insuantion that a certain Michelle Dakolo who dragged her brother on social media is his sister.
According to the music star, Michelle Dakolo is his cousin and not his sister as reported earlier. He went on to say his only sister lives in Lagos and is doing very well for herself.
“Make una leave me o, I only have one sister and she is doing fine in this Lagos and her name is nor Michelle. Michelle is my cousin. I am very sure she is talking about her brother not me,” he wrote.
Timi Dakolo’s post is coming a few hours after a certain Michelle Dakolo had dragged her brother on Instagram for neglecting her financial needs.
“Hmmmm!!! My own even blocked me via WhatsApp because I asked him for money to start a business. But I’m not giving up on life, cos I will make it in life. I know who I am. I’m A Priesthood,” she wrote.
Timi Dakolo is a Nigerian singer. He emerged winner of the inaugural season of Idols West Africa in 2007. Since then he has gone on to release hit songs and albums.
He is married to celebrity photographer, Busola Dakolo and they are blessed with three kids.
